摘　　要：介绍了气力输送在鲁南矿业球团生产线的方案设计及设备选型,阐述了实际应用中常见故障,譬如管道堵塞、管道磨损、仓泵欠压、除尘器冒灰等及故障的处理方法、注意事项、系统改造。This paper introduces the scheme design,equipment selection,and common faults in practical application of pneumatic conveying in the pellet production line of Lunan Mining,such as pipeline blockage,pipeline wear,undervoltage of silo pump,dust from dust collector and other faults and their treatment methods,attention issues and system modifications.
