某钢厂450 m^(2)烧结机活性焦脱硫脱硝系统扩能升级改造应用实践

摘　　要：某钢厂对已建的450 m^(2)烧结机烟气净化系统进行升级改造。原烟气净化系统采用活性焦干法脱硫脱硝工艺,升级改造工程亦采用活性焦干法脱硫脱硝工艺。通过技术改造,该450 m^(2)烧结机外排烟气各污染物浓度均满足超低排放指标要求,本文详细介绍了工程改造技术路线。The flue gas purification system of 450 m^(2) sintering machine has been upgraded in a steel plant.The original flue gas purification system adopted active coke dry desulfurization and denitrification process,and the upgrading project also adopts active coke dry desulfurization and denitrification process.Through technical transformation,the pollutant concentration of the flue gas discharged from the 450 m^(2) sintering machine meets the requirement of ultra-low emission index.This paper introduces the technical route of engineering transformation in detail.
