摘 要:本文以DMF水溶液的减压精馏提浓过程为例,通过Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,对普通单效精馏与各级多效精馏技术分离DMF水溶液的过程进行模拟,对不同精馏过程的精馏能耗、设备投资等进行了估算,并对并流双效精馏、平流双效精馏、逆流双效精馏等三种不同精馏模型的计算结果进行了对比。从计算结果进行综合分析,本文认为DMF水溶液的减压精馏提浓过程采用并流双效精馏模式最为合适,过程能耗与设备投资都较低。此外,本文也通过了结果的比对阐明了不同形式双效精馏的差异。In this paper,the concentration process of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF)solution was simulated by the Aspen Plus process simulation software,the energy consumptions and equipment investments of different distillation process,single-effect distillation and multi-effect distillation,were estimated,and the results of three different double effect distillation models:parallel flow type,horizontal flow type and reverse flow type,were compared.According to the simulation results,the most appropriate process for the concentration of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF)solution is the parallel flow type double effect distillation.The differences between each double effect distillation models were also compared in this paper.
