中性pH值水性油墨的研究

摘　　要：本文以PH725丙烯酸固体树脂为保护胶,合成中性丙烯酸乳液;再用PH729丙烯酸固体树脂溶化中性丙烯酸树脂液为研磨树脂,研磨出中性丙烯酸色浆,最后制备了中性丙烯酸水性油墨。研究了常规丙烯酸水性油墨与中性丙烯酸水性油墨的基本性能差别、模拟长时间印刷后水性油墨pH值和粘度的变化。结果表明,中性丙烯酸水性油墨基本不含氨及其化合物,长时间印刷后pH值和粘度变化不大,印刷过程中无需检测和调节pH值,具有优异的印刷稳定性和低维护等特点,可以明显地提高生产效率和减少废品率。In this paper,neutral acrylic emulsion was synthesized with PH725 acrylic solid resin as protective colloid.Then use PH729 acrylic solid resin to dissolve neutral resin acrylic solution as grinding resin,grind neutral color paste,and finally prepare neutral acrylic water-based ink.The basic performance difference between conventional acrylic water-based ink and neutral acrylic water-based ink and the change of pH and viscosity after long-time printing were studied.The results show that neutral acrylic water-based ink basically does not contain ammonia and its compounds,pH and viscosity change little after printing for along time,pH value does not need to be detected and adjusted during printing,and it has the characteristics of excellent stable printing and low maintenance,which can obviously improve production efficiency and reduce rejection rate.
