摘 要:沥青基碳纤维由各向同性沥青或中间相沥青经熔融纺丝、预氧化、炭化及石墨化过程制备而成,因其优异的性能被广泛应用于军工和民用领域。本文阐述了沥青基碳纤维的主要性能和研究现状,介绍了通用级沥青基碳纤维和高性能沥青基碳纤维的制备方法,并综述了沥青基碳纤维的应用研究进展,指出高性能沥青基碳纤维制备技术的研发是我国碳材料领域的研究重点。Pitch-based carbon fiber is prepared by the process of melt spinning,pre-oxidation,carbonization and graphitization used isotropic pitch and mesophase pitch as feedstock.It is widely used in military and civil fields due to its excellent performance.In this paper,the main properties and research status of pitch-based carbon fiber were described.Preparation methods of general pitch-based carbon fiber and high performance pitch-based carbon fiber were introduced,as well as the applied research progress of pitch-based carbon fiber.It is pointed out that the preparation technology of high performance pitch-based carbon fiber is the research emphasis of carbon material field in our country.
