摘  要:采用夹点技术对轻汽油醚化装置工艺设计流程主要物料的换热网络进行了用能分析,发现装置存在跨越夹点换热及夹点之下使用热公用工程换热的情况。在装置原有换热网络流程的基础上,根据夹点技术设计原则对装置换热网络进行了优化,消除了跨越夹点换热及夹点之下使用热公用工程换热的不合理之处。优化后可降低装置对热公用工程需求量8091 kW,其中3.5 MPa蒸汽消耗量节省5.146 t/h,1.0 MPa蒸汽消耗量节省6.228 t/h,装置能耗费用每年节省1750.6万元。Accroding to the process design of the gasoline etherification unit,the heat exchange network of the main materials of this unit was analyzed by the pinch technology.It is found that the unit has heat transfer across the pinch point and heat transfer by using thermal utilities under the pinch.On the basis of the original heat exchange network process of the unit,this paper optimized the energy saving of the heat exchange network according to the pinch technology design principle.Through optimization,the irrationality of heat transfer across the pinch point and the use of thermal utility heat transfer below the pinch point is eliminated.After optimization,the demand for thermal utilities of the device can be reduced by 8091 kW.The 3.5 Mpa steam consumption can be saved 5.146 t/h,the 1.0 Mpa steam consumption can be saved 6.228 t/h,and the energy consumption of the unit can be saved 17.506 million yuan every year.
