摘  要:某放化设施中放蒸发系统采用生产上水对蒸发产生的二次蒸汽进行冷凝冷却,冷却水不循环使用,冷却下水经取样分析合格后,按照生产下水排放标准进行排放。在系统热调试和运行过程中,由于生产上水硬度大,导致蒸发器冷却夹套和二次蒸汽冷凝冷却器存在严重结垢,换热效率降低,进而导致废液处理通量不足、不凝气冷却效果差、过滤器易打湿需频繁更换、生产下水排放不及时等问题。随后对冷却水系统进行优化设计,将冷却介质优化为去离子水并循环使用,既能解决设备结垢的问题,又减少冷却水耗量和排量,节约工艺运行成本;同时将冷凝冷却器优化拆分为冷凝器和冷却器,原冷凝冷却器作为冷凝器,新增一台冷却器,解决了不凝气冷却效果差的问题。通过中放废液蒸发处理系统设计优化,实现系统的安全稳定运行,同时节省运行成本。In a radio and chemical facility,the evaporation system for intermediate level liquid waste adopted production water to condense and cool the secondary steam produced by evaporation.The cooling water didn’t recycle use.After sampling and analysis,cooling water shall be discharged according to the production wastewater discharged standard.During thermal debugging and operation of the system,we find that due to the high hardness of production water,resulting in serious scaling of evaporator cooling jacket and secondary steam condensation cooler,and the heat transfer efficiency is reduced.It even results in insufficient flux of waste liquid treatment,poor cooling effect of non-condensable air,the filter easy to be wet and needs to be replaced frequently,the production wastewater can’t discharge in time.Then optimize the cooling medium to deionized water and recycle it.Can not only solve the problem of equipment scaling,but also reduce the consumption and displacement of cooling water,save process operation cost.At the same time,the condensing cooler is optimized and divided into condenser and cooler.The original condensing cooler is used as condenser.Add a cooler.The problem of poor cooling effect of non-condensable air is solved.Through the design optimization of the evaporation system of intermediate level liquid waste,the safe and stable operation of the system is realized,while saving operating costs.
