摘  要:连续重整装置反应系统的压力是影响反应深度的主要和关键因素。重整装置压力的控制方案有多种,通常通过控制再接触系统气液分离罐的压力来维持反应压力的稳定。本文对常见控制方案进行了介绍,结合西太连续重整装置工艺流程特点,详细分析了西太重整装置再接触气液分离罐压力控制方案及原理。通过现场投用,提高了重整反应压力的控制精度,有利于装置安全平稳运行,也大大提高了装置经济性。The pressure of the reaction system of the continuous reforming unit is the main and key factor affecting the reaction depth.There are many control schemes for the pressure of the reforming unit.Generally,the reaction pressure is maintained stable by controlling the pressure of the oil-gas separating tank of re-contact sections.This paper introduces the common control schemes,and analyzes the pressure control scheme and principle in detail of oil-gas separating tank of re-contact sections combined with the process characteristics of the wepec’s continuous reforming unit.Practice shows that,the control accuracy of reforming reaction pressure is improved,which is conducive to the safety and smooth operation of the unit and greatly improves the performance of the unit.
