摘  要:智慧旅游城市试点政策是经济新常态背景下城市旅游发展的重要举措,但其政策效应有待进一步检验。基于2007—2016年170个旅游城市的面板数据,利用双重差分模型验证智慧旅游城市建设对城市旅游业绩水平的影响效应并对其传导机制进行分析。研究结果表明:智慧旅游城市建设显著提升了城市旅游业绩且实证结果具有稳健性。城市异质性分析表明,试点政策对不同区域、规模的城市旅游业绩均呈现正向显著效用且表现为不同程度的提升差异,其正向推动表现为“边际效应递增”规律。机制验证方面,智慧旅游城市建设运用现代信息技术,通过规模效应、技术效应和结构效应来实现旅游业绩的提升,促进旅游业发展。The pilot policy of smart tourism cities is an important measure for urban tourism development under the background of the new normal economy,but its policy effect needs to be further tested.Based on the panel data of 170 tourist cities from 2007 to 2016,this paper verifies the impact of smart tourism city construction on the level of urban tourism performance with the DID model and analyze its transmission mechanism,and gets the result that the construction of smart tourism cities has significantly improved urban tourism performance,and the empirical result is reliable.The analysis of urban heterogeneity shows that the pilot policies have a positive and significant effect on the urban tourism performance in different regions and scales with different degrees of improvement,and their positive promotion manifested in the law of“increasing marginal effect”.Mechanism verification shows that the smart tourism city construction has realized improvement of tourism performance and promoted the development of tourism through modern information technology,scale effects,technical effects and structural effects.
