河南省区域文化产业效率空间异质性及影响因素  

Empirical Study on Spatial Heterogeneity of Cultural Industry Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors in Henan Province

摘　　要：以河南省18个省辖市为决策单元,运用DEA-BCC模型从省域层面对2012—2019年区域文化产业效率空间异质性特征进行研究,并用Tobit模型对其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:全省区域文化产业效率整体偏低且不稳定,仍有较大提升空间;全省区域文化产业发展不平衡,效率差异显著;全省区域文化产业效率空间异质性特征明显,综合效率、纯技术效率呈东高西低格局分布,京广铁路线为效率高低分异主轴线;规模效率呈现“以高值区为本底,以中、低值区为点缀”的空间分布格局,高值区连片分布,中值区和低值区点缀其间或散布于其外围。资源禀赋、政策支持对其空间异质性影响为负且显著,市场需求影响为负但不显著,经济水平、信息化程度、科技水平、人力资源开发等因素影响为正且显著,资本投入影响为正但不显著。This paper analyzes the spatial heterogeneity of cultural industry efficiency in Henan Province on basis of calculating the efficiency of cultural industry in 18 provincial municipalities of Henan Province applying the DEA-BCC model,and explores the factors which influence the spatial heterogeneity of cultural industry efficiency by Tobit model and spatial variation coefficient.The results show that the cultural industry efficiency overall is very low,there is still much room for improvement in most provincial municipalities of Henan Province.There are significant spatial differences of the cultural industry efficiency among 18 provincial municipalities in Henan Province:Technical efficiency of cultural industry is high in southeast Henan Province and low in southwest Henan Province,the spatial distribution of pure technological efficiency of cultural industry is similar to that of technical efficiency of cultural industry but it is only wider in the scope of technology effective area.Scale efficiency of cultural industry is high in north and south Henan Province and low in middle Henan Province or high in east Henan Province and low in west Henan Province.The pure technological efficiency is dominant in spatial differentiation patterns of technical efficiency of cultural industry.The influence of resource endowment and the support from the government policies on the efficiency gap of cultural industry is negative and significant.The influence of cultural market demand on the efficiency gap of cultural industry is negative but not significant.The influence of economic level,cultural information level,the development of cultural human resource and the level of science and technology on the efficiency gap of cultural industry is positive and significant.The effect of cultural capital investment on the efficiency gap of cultural industry in the whole province is positive but not significant.
