摘　　要：目的:考察海洛因戒断者无意识抑制控制的特点。方法:选取某强制隔离戒毒所生理脱瘾后处于康复阶段的男性海洛因戒断者35名,另外社区招募在年龄和受教育年限上相匹配的男性正常对照组35名。采用掩蔽版的Go/No-Go任务考察两组在每个任务上的正确率和反应时。结果:强掩蔽Go条件下的正确率高于强掩蔽No-Go条件下的正确(P<0.001);在强掩蔽Go条件和No-Go条件,海洛因戒断组的反应时均长于正常对照组(均P<0.001)。结论:海洛因戒断者存在无意识抑制控制能力并存在损伤。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of unconscious inhibition control in heroin abstainers.Methods:Thirty-five male heroin abstainers in rehabilitation stage after physical withdrawal from a compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center were selected.In addition,35 male normal controls matched in age and years of education were recruited in the community.The masked version of Go/No-Go task was used to investigate the accuracy and reaction time of each task between the two groups.Results:The correct rate under the strong masking Go condition was higher than that under the strong masking No-Go condition(P<0.001).The response time was longer in the heroin abstinence group than in the normal control group under strong masking Go condition and No-Go condition(Ps<0.001).Conclusion:It suggests that heroin abstainers have unconscious inhibition and control ability and injury.
