摘  要:为了探讨铜和维生素A不同水平及其互作对肉仔鸡血清抗氧化酶活性的影响,试验选取1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡448只,随机分成8组,每组4个重复,每个重复14只鸡,采用4×2(Cu×维生素A)完全随机试验设计,日粮铜的添加量分别为0、8、150、225 mg·kg^(-1),维生素A的添加量分别为1500、5000 IU·kg^(-1),试验分前期(1~4周龄)、后期(5~7周龄)两阶段进行,共7周,测定血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的含量。结果表明:①日粮不同水平铜对血清GSH-Px活性影响极显著(P<0.01),前期Cu 0 mg·kg^(-1)组酶活性最高,后期Cu 150 mg·kg^(-1)组酶活性最高;日粮不同水平铜对前期血清NOS活性影响极显著(P<0.01),以Cu 0 mg·kg^(-1)、8 mg·kg^(-1)组酶活性较高。②日粮不同维生素A水平对后期GSH-Px活性影响极显著(P<0.01),低维生素A组酶活性较高;日粮不同维生素水平对前期血清NOS活性影响极显著(P<0.01),维生素A 5000 IU·kg^(-1)组酶活性较高。③铜与维生素A交互作用对血清GSH-Px活性影响极显著(P<0.01);对血清NOS活性影响显著(P≤0.01)。由此可见,铜与维生素A交互作用能显著影响前、后期血清GSH-Px和NOS活性。In order to research the effects of various dietary copper(Cu)and vitamin A(VA)levels on two antioxi dant enzymes activity in serum.The 4481-day AVIAN broilers were chosen to carry on the experiment.They were divided into eight groups,each group with four repeats and each repeat with 14 broilers.A 4×2(Cu×VA)completely random experiment was designed.Copper supplement amount was 0,8,150 and 225 mg·kg^(-1);vitamin A supplement amount was 1500,5000 IU·kg^(-1).The experiment lasted for seven weeks,determined the activities of GSH-Px and NOS in serum.Results showed①copper levels effected significantly GSH-Px activity in serum(P<0.01),copper(0 mg·kg^(-1))group was the highest on GSH-Px activity from zero to four weeks,but copper(150 mg·kg^(-1))from five to seven weeks effected significantly NOS activity in serum from zero to four weeks(P<0.01).The copper(0,8 mg·kg^(-1))group was higher on NOS activity.②Vitamin A levels effected significantly GSH-Px activity from five to seven weeks(P<0.01),vitamin A(1500 IU·kg^(-1))group was higher on GSH-Px activity effected significantly NOS activity in serum from five to seven weeks(P<0.01).Vitamin A(5000 IU·kg^(-1))group was higher on NOS activity.③The interaction between copper and vitamin A influenced significantly GSH-Px activity in serum(P<0.01)influenced significantly NOS activity in serum during whole period(P≤0.01).In conclusion,the interaction between copper and vitamin A influenced significantly GSH-Px activity and NOS activity in serum.
