一例犬气管破裂性损伤并发全身皮下气肿的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：一只年龄不详比熊犬,体重4.8 kg,因精神沉郁、运动不耐受、颌下淋巴结肿大到动物医院看诊,笔者通过病史调查、临床检查、影像学检查、实验室检查等方法初步诊断其为气管破裂性损伤并发全身皮下气肿,根据诊断结果对患犬采用手术治疗和术后7 d的对症治疗,最终该犬经1个月治疗病情恢复良好。A Bichon Frise of unknown age,weighing 4.8 kg,was admitted to the animal hospital,due to depres⁃sion,exercise intolerance,and enlarged mandibular lymph nodes.A preliminary diagnosis was made through medi⁃cal history investigation,clinical examination,imaging examination,laboratory examination and other methods.It was a ruptured trachea injury complicated by systemic subcutaneous emphysema.According to the diagnosis re⁃sults,the dog was treated with surgery,and symptomatic treatment for 7 days after the operation.In the end,the dog recovered well after one month of treatment.
