全血和血清标本全程C反应蛋白的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探寻2种不同类型标本血清与全血的全程C反应蛋白(CRP)[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、常规CRP]结果的相关性。方法选取低中高共90例患者,其中低组(0~50 mg/L)30例,中组(60~100 mg/L)26例,高组(>100 mg/L)34例,分别使用相关仪器检测全血CRP浓度以及血清CRP浓度,对3组2种样本检测结果进行对比分析。结果3组全血样本与血清样本检测结果两者具有高度的正相关性,3组标本的全血CRP约为血清CRP的两倍,其中中组相关性最高。结论血清与全血样本在不同的检测仪器上对CRP含量测定结果具有良好的相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between serum and whole blood samples in the determi-nation of C-reactive protein content(CRP)(hs-CRP+routine CRP).Methods A total of 90 patients,including 30 participants in the low group(0~50 mg/L),26 in the middle group(60~100 mg/L),and 34 in the high CRP content group(>100 mg/L)were included in this study.CRP concentration in whole blood and serum were de-tected by relevant instruments,and the two different sample results of the three groups were compared and an-alysed.Results There was a high positive correlation between the whole blood and serum samples,and the CRP in the whole blood was about twice as high as that in the serum in the three groups,with the middle group having the highest correlation.Conclusion The CRP content test results of serum and whole blood samples have good cor-rection despite the use of different testing instruments.
