人性化管理模式应用于基层医院护理管理中的效果

摘　　要：目的探究在基层医院护理管理中实施人性化管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月该院25名在职护理人员。对照组于2021年1—6月实施常规管理模式,观察组于2021年7—12月实施人性化管理模式,护理人员为同一组。比较两组护理管理效果。结果观察组护理质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员总工作积极性及总工作效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组综合能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院护理管理中实施人性化护理管理模式效果显著,能够提升护理人员工作积极性及工作效率,改善护理质量,且护理人员满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management mode in nursing management in grass-roots hospitals.Methods 25 on-the-job nurses in the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected.The routine management mode was implemented in the control group from January to June 2021,and the humanized management mode was implemented in the observation group from July to December 2021.The nursing staff were the same group.The nursing management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total work enthusiasm and efficiency of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing management in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the humanized nursing management model in the nursing management of primary hospitals has a significant effect,which can improve the work enthusiasm and work efficiency of nursing staff,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors,improve the quality of nursing,and the satisfaction of nursing staff is high.
