摘 要:目的评估产科实习中临床专病实境教学的作用。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月该院32名产科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为普通组和实境组,每组16名。普通组行普通产科带教,实境组行专病实境教学,统计各实习生考核成绩,评估其专业技能,调查带教满意度。结果带教前,两组产科护理理论及实践考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.395、0.274,P=0.696、0.786)。带教后,实境组产科护理理论及实践考核成绩高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.341、3.355,P=0.002、0.002)。实境组专业技能评分高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.859、2.839、3.045、2.484,P=0.008、0.008、0.005、0.019)。实境组带教趣味性和带教专业性满意度均为100.00%,带教积极性和流程满意度均为93.75%,均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床专病实境教学可提高考核成绩,增强各实习生专业技能,满意度高,能为产科提供优质服务。Objective To evaluate the role of practical teaching of clinical special diseases in obstetrics practice.Methods 32 obstetric interns in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a common group and a real-world group,16 in each group.The common group conducted general obstetrics teaching,and the real-world group conducted real-world teaching of specialized diseases.The assessment results of each interns were counted,their professional skills were evaluated,and their satisfaction with the teaching was investigated.Results Before teaching,the two groups of obstetric nursing theory and practice assessment results were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.395,0.274,P=0.696,0.786).After teaching,the theoretical and practical assessment results of obstetric nursing in the real-world group were higher than that of the common group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.341,3.355,P=0.002,0.002).The professional skill score in the real-world group were higher than that of the common group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.859,2.839,3.045,2.484,P=0.008,0.008,0.005,0.019).The fun and professional teaching satisfaction of the real-world group were 100.00%,the teaching enthusiasm and process satisfaction were 93.75%,higher than that of the common group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The practical teaching of clinical special diseases can improve the assessment results,enhance the professional skills of each interns,and have high satisfaction,which can provide high-quality services for obstetrics.
