摘　　要：目的探讨某三级甲等中医骨科医院实习生职业暴露预防对策。方法设计调查问卷,对2020年1月—2021年8月在该院实习的282名医学实习生进行职业暴露现状、职业暴露防护认知、带教情况进行调查。数据资料采用描述性分析。结果282份问卷,回收有效问卷234份,有效回收率为82.9%;对有效问卷进行分析,234名实习生认为科室是否提供了完善的防护用具为避免发生职业暴露的首要因素。234名实习生中有11名发生职业暴露,职业暴露率为4.7%。发生职业暴露的11名实习生中,既往有职业暴露史者7名,存在未接受教学指导即独立操作情况者占6名,带教老师存在不符合职业暴露防护要求行为者6名。结论根据调查结果分析,对该院医学实习生职业暴露预防措施提出以下建议:①既往有职业暴露史者应作为重点培训和考核对象;②在夯实临床操作技能的同时,应加强职业暴露安全教育并提供必要的防护用品;③健全带教制度,规范科室带教行为。Objective To explore the occupational exposure prevention countermeasures for interns in a tertiary first-class TCM orthopaedic hospital.Methods A questionnaire was designed to investigate the occupational exposure status,occupational exposure protection cognition and teaching situation of 282 medical interns who practiced in the hospital from January 2020 to August 2021.The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis.Results Of the 282 questionnaires,234 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 82.9%.After analyzing the effective questionnaires,234 interns believed that whether the department provided perfect protective equipment was the primary factor to avoid occupational exposure.Among the 234 interns,11 interns had occupational exposure,and the occupational exposure rate was 4.7%.Among the 11 interns with occupational exposure,7 interns had occupational exposure history.6 interns of the teachers had independent operation without receiving teaching guidance,and 6 interns of the teachers did not meet the occupational exposure protection requirements.Conclusion According to the analysis of the survey results,the following suggestions are put forward for the occupational exposure prevention measures for medical interns in the hospital:1.Those who have a history of occupational exposure in the past should be the key training and assessment objects.2.While consolidating clinical operation skills,occupational exposure safety education should be strengthened and necessary protective equipment should be provided.3.Improve the teaching system and standardize the teaching behavior of departments.
