摘　　要：目的探究5S管理法在中医理疗科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月三亚康复疗养中心30名疗养员作为研究对象,比较5S管理法实施前后疗养员的睡眠质量、生活质量,调查疗养员护理满意度。结果管理法实施后疗养员各项睡眠质量评分优于管理前,生活质量评分较管理前显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前疗养员满意度为73.3%低于实施后的93.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5S管理法在中医理疗科护理管理中的应用,有利于疗养员睡眠质量及生活质量改善,提高满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of 5S management method in the nursing management of TCM physiotherapy department.Methods A total of 30 recuperators in Sanya Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Center from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,the sleep quality and quality of life of the recuperators before and after the implementation of the 5s management method were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the recuperators was investigated.Results After the implementation of the 5S management method,the sleep quality scores of the convalescent staff were better than those before the management,and the quality of life scores were significantly improved compared with those before the management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of infirmaries before the implementation was 73.3%,which was lower than 93.3%after the implementation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 5S management method in the nursing management of traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy department is beneficial to the improvement of sleep quality and quality of life of convalescent workers,and improves satisfaction.
