摘  要:近年来,随着医疗改革的不断推行,该院门诊从实际情况出发,采用患者实名制的管理。通过确定患者实名制管理的目标、整合改进措施、推进患者实名制改革进程、利用信息系统进行综合管理、划分实名制就诊卡以及临时就诊卡、推进患者实名制管理的宣传。虽然门诊患者实名制管理在我国已经进入了发展阶段,但是,不同地区发展情况具有差异性,为了更好地落实门诊就医患者实名制管理,需要各个部门进行积极配合,以此来共同优化就医环境,深化管理内容,确保医院良好的形象,优化医院门诊质量和流程,以此保障医患双方的共同利益。该次研究就该院门诊就医患者实名制的管理情况开展综述。In recent years,with the continuous implementation of medical reform,the outpatient department of our hospital adopts the management of the real-name system of patients based on the actual situation.By determining the goal of patient real-name system management,integrating improvement measures,advancing the process of patient real-name system reform,using information systems for comprehensive management,dividing real-name system medical treatment cards and temporary medical treatment cards,and promoting the publicity of patient real-name system management.Although the real-name system management of outpatients has entered a stage of development in my country,the development situation in different regions is different.In order to better implement the real-name system management of outpatient medical patients,it is necessary to actively cooperate with various departments to jointly optimize the medical environment and deepen the manage content,ensure a good image of the hospital,and optimize the quality and process of outpatient services in the hospital,so as to protect the common interests of both doctors and patients.This study summarizes the management of the real-name system for outpatient medical patients in the hospital.
