摘　　要：服务的质量以及护士对待自己职业的态度是护理质量中较为重要的部分,因此,对护士督导管理工作的加强也是尤为重要的。该研究的督导检查制度旨在提高年轻护士的专业技能,提高病房护理水平和质量,促进患者康复。对护士在护理过程中出现的问题及时记录和纠正,做到现场发现、现场纠正、现场修复;对较严重的护理问题,也应详细记录并上报护理部,护士长主动召开纠偏会议,制订具体措施,对护士素质进行纠偏。The quality of service and the attitude of nurses to their profession are important parts of nursing quality.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the supervision and management of nurses.The supervision and inspection system of the study aims to improve the professional skills of young nurses,improve the level and quality of ward care,and promote patient recovery.Record and correct the problems that nurses have in the nursing process in a timely manner,so as to achieve on-site discovery,on-site correction,and on-site repair.For more serious nursing problems,they should also be recorded in detail and reported to the nursing department.The head nurse will take the initiative to hold a correction meeting to formulate specific measures to correct the quality of nurses.
