摘　　要：药剂科属于重要的综合性部门,直接影响到医院的医疗服务质量,为了有效促进药剂科管理水平的提升,需要正确使用全面质量管理理论。基于此,该研究结合全面质量管理在药剂管理工作中的应用现状,阐述全面质量管理的重要性,并有效探讨全面质量管理实施的有效方法。The pharmacy department is an important comprehensive department,which directly affects the quality of medical services in the hospital.In order to effectively promote the management level of the pharmacy department,it is necessary to correctly use the total quality management theory.Based on this,this study combines the application status of total quality management in pharmaceutical management,expounds the importance of total quality management,and effectively discusses the effective methods of total quality management implementation.
