摘 要:目的探究伤口换药护士实施PDCA循环护理管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年8月该院在职护理人员17名为研究对象,根据时间不同记为管理前(2019年7月—2020年7月)和管理后(2020年8月—2021年8月),管理前进行传统护理管理模式,管理后进行PDCA护理管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员伤口换药能力、换药疼痛知识普及能力及职业生命质量。结果管理后,护理人员清洁创面,引流通畅,无菌技术,拆、缝线技术等伤口换药能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护理人员疼痛评估、药物作用、药物反应及非药物镇痛等换药疼痛知识普及能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,工作人员在心理健康、生理健康、工作主动性、职业自豪感、职业胜任感、家庭平衡感、职业满意度等职业生命质量评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对伤口换药护士实施PDCA循环护理管理模式,可显著提升护理人员伤口换药能力、换药疼痛知识普及能力,强化职业生命质量,带给患者优质护理服务。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle nursing management model implemented by wound dressing nurses.Methods Select 17 nursing staff in the hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 as study objects,and record them as before management(July 2019 to July 2020)and after management(August 2020 to August 2021).The traditional nursing management mode was carried out before management,and the PDCA nursing management mode was carried out after management.The nursing staff's ability to change dressings for wounds,the ability to popularize knowledge of dressing pain,and occupational quality of life were compared before and after management.Results After management,the nursing staff's scores of wound dressing change ability,such as cleaning wound surface,smooth drainage,aseptic technique,dismantling and suture technique,were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the management,the nursing staff's pain assessment,drug effect,drug response and non-drug analgesia and other pain knowledge popularization ability scores were significantly higher than those before the management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of occupational life quality of staff in mental health,physical health,work initiative,professional pride,professional competence,family balance,and occupational satisfaction were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the PDCA cycle nursing management model for wound dressing nurses can significantly improve the ability of nurses to change dressings and popularize knowledge about dressing pain,strengthen the quality of professional life,and bring high-quality nursing services to patients.
