基  金:全病程个案管理模式在肿瘤患者中的应用研究(ZDYF2020144)。

摘  要:目的探究鼻咽癌患者全程管理中应用肿瘤个案管理模式的价值。方法选取2020年10月—2021年9月该院肿瘤内科15名医护人员为研究对象。根据不同时间节点该院所采取的管理办法不同进行分组,在2020年10月—2021年3月实施常规管理(对照组),在2021年4—9月采取肿瘤个案管理(个案组)。同时选取研究时间段内60例鼻咽癌患者参与研究,对不同管理办法的管理服务满意度进行评估。比较两组管理质量、管理效果和管理服务满意度情况。结果采取肿瘤个案管理后,个案组的管理质量、管理效果和管理服务满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤内科实施肿瘤个案管理模式对医护人员展开管理,可显著提高医务人员专业技能水平,提升科室管理效果、管理质量和管理服务满意度,推广应用价值显著。Objective To explore the value of applying the tumor case management model in the whole management of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods Fifteen medical staff from the Department of Medical Oncology from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Grouping according to the different management methods adopted by the hospital at different time points.Implement routine management from October 2020 to March 2021(control group),and implement oncology case management from April to September 2021(case group).At the same time,60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during the study period were selected to participate in the study,and the satisfaction of management services with different management methods was evaluated.The management quality,management effect and management service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the tumor case management,the management quality,management effect and management service satisfaction in the case group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the oncology case management model in the medical oncology department to manage medical staff can significantly improve the professional skills of medical staff,improve the management effect,management quality and management service satisfaction of the department,and the promotion and application value is significant.
