摘　　要：目的评估消毒供应中心消毒灭菌期间应用超声波清洗技术的效果及价值。方法选取2020年2—8月320件医疗器械设为参比组,予以手工清洗;选取2020年9月—2021年2月320件医疗器械设为分析组,实施超声波清洗技术。比较两组清洗合格率、消毒灭菌合格率、清洗及消毒时间、工作人员满意度及院内感染情况。结果分析组清洗、消毒灭菌等合格率高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组消毒用时、清洗用时均少于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组分析组的清洗流程、操作方法、清洗时间、消毒灭菌等工作人员满意度评分比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与手工清洗方法相比,超声波清洗技术的运用效果显著,在清洗合格率高,清洗用时短,消毒灭菌合格率高,院内感染事件因而减少。Objective To evaluate the effect and value of ultrasonic cleaning technology during disinfection and sterilization in the disinfection supply center.Methods 320 medical devices from February to August 2020 were selected as the reference group and manually cleaned;from September 2020 to February 2021,320 medical devices were selected as the analysis group to implement ultrasonic cleaning technology.The qualified rate of cleaning,qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,cleaning and disinfection time,patient satisfaction and nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization in the analysis group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disinfection time and cleaning time in the analysis group were less than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of cleaning process,operation method,cleaning time,disinfection and sterilization in the analysis group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with manual cleaning methods,the application of ultrasonic cleaning technology has a significant effect.The cleaning pass rate is high,the cleaning time is short,the disinfection and sterilization pass rate is high,and the nosocomial infection incidents are reduced.
