摘 要:陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火电缆是一种应用于电工领域的新材料电缆,当受到火焰作用时,该电缆能形成结构稳定、致密且不燃的陶瓷层以有效保护内部线芯和材料。采用锥形量热仪、热重分析仪和隔热性能测试对陶瓷化硅橡胶的燃烧性能和热解特性进行分析,并结合马弗炉和傅里叶红外光谱对陶瓷化硅橡胶电缆在燃烧过程中的陶瓷层演化进行研究。结果表明,陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火电缆的陶瓷化过程可以分为3个阶段,即初始分解阶段、开始瓷化反应阶段和陶瓷化稳定阶段,整个陶瓷体阶段为先放热后吸热的过程。硅橡胶陶瓷结构主要由SiO_(2)陶瓷体和—C=C—交联结构和芳香结构炭层组成,具有优异的热稳定性和隔热隔质性能,能有效降低电缆燃烧火灾危险性。Ceramic silicone rubber fire-resistant cable is a new flame retardant material applied in the electrical field, which will form a stable, dense and flame retardant ceramic layer to protect the internal core and material when being heating. Cone calorimeter, thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and heat insulation property test were used to analyze the combustion performance and pyrolysis characteristics of sample, by combining muffle furnace and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) to study the ceramic layer evolution characteristics. The results demonstrate that the ceramization process of ceramic silicone rubber-based cable can be divided into three stages, namely the initial decomposition stage, the initial ceramicization stage and the ceramicization stability stage. The whole ceramization process is the first exothermic and then endothermic process. The ceramic structure of silicone rubber is mainly composed of SiO_(2) ceramic structure and C=C structure and aromatic structure carbon layer, which has excellent thermal stability, heat and mass insulation, which can effectively reduce the fire risk of cable.
