摘 要:为了提高热冲压模冷却水道的设计效率、节约设计成本,应用基于RSM与NSGA-II结合的数值仿真方法对汽车门槛加强板总成的下模进行冷却水道优化设计,并与传统的经验设计进行了比较。仿真结果表明:相对于传统经验设计,优化设计的模具零件型面最高温度下降19.49℃,平均温度降低16.55℃,温度均匀程度提高了39.01%;优化设计模具生产的零件脱模时最高温度降低了12.38℃,平均温度降低了13.52℃,均匀程度改善了2.06%,零件总回弹量减少了4.17 mm。To improve the efficiency and save the cost of cooling water channel design for hot stamping dies, a numerical simulation method based on RSM and NSGA-II was applied to optimize the design of cooling water channel for the lower die of automotive doorsill reinforcement plate assembly, and it was compared with the traditional empirical design. The simulation results showed that compared with the empirical design, the maximum temperature of the die surface of the optimized design decreased by 19.49 ℃, the average temperature decreased by 16.55 ℃, and the temperature uniformity improved by 39.01%;the maximum temperature of the plate decreased by12.38 ℃, the average temperature decreased by 13.52 ℃, and the uniformity improved by 2.06%, the total springback of the product produced by the optimized design die decreased by 4.17 mm.
