摘 要:通过对左右安全带固定板的结构进行分析,固定板的弯曲和扩孔、翻孔可采用复合模完成,利用上、下弯曲凸模完成固定板的弯曲成形,利用扩孔、翻孔凸模与凹模完成扩孔、翻孔。利用上下各4组沉头台阶螺钉,限制中模和凹模的位置,并起到刚性支撑的作用;还可在弹簧作用与人工操作下,实现左、右安全带固定板的脱模。设计的模具结构合理,左右安全带固定板弯曲和扩孔、翻孔能够顺利地加工,对类似模具结构设计具有指导作用。Through the analysis on the fixing plate shape of the left and right safety belt, the composite die could be adopted in the bending, expanding and flanging processes. The upper and lower bending punch were used to complete the bending process, and the expanding and flanging punch and concave die were used to complete the expanding and flanging processing. Four sets of countersunk head step screws were used to limit the position of the middle die and the concave die, also could play the role of rigid support. It also could realize demoulding the fixing plate of the left and right seat belt under the action of spring and manual operation. The die structure was designed correct, and the bending, expanding and flanging steps were smoothly processed.
