摘　　要：分析了汽车前围板冲压工艺与拉深摸的结构设计,通过工艺分析与工艺参数计算,确定汽车前围板的冲压工艺方案,并根据确定的工艺方案进行拉深模设计,确定了各个模具零件的尺寸。利用UG软件对前围板拉深模进行三维建模,并绘制了模具的二维工程图,设计的模具结构满足了生产的要求。It analyzed the stamping process of the automobile front wall panel and the drawing die structure design. Through the process analysis and parameter calculation, the stamping process was determined. According to the process scheme, the drawing die was designed and the size of each die part was confirmed. On this basis, the UG software was used to draw the 3D model of the drawing die, and the die 2D engineering drawings were derived. The designed die structure met the requirements of production finally.
