摘　　要：针对YD110服务器散热架设计了1副带圆管倒扣二次推出强制脱模机构的注射模,圆管倒扣二次推出强制脱模机构解决了圆管倒扣内外脱模困难的问题,实现了圆管倒扣的内外依次脱模且模架结构的优化使机构安装方便并实现了塑件的自动化生产。该模具结构简单,制造成本低,脱模机构简单实用,自动化注射生产可靠性高。For the plastic parts of a server heat sink, an injection mould with secondary forced ejection mechanism which included a round tube undercut was designed. In the mould, the demoulding mechanism solved the internal and external undercut demoulding problem. It realized the sequential demoulding of the inside and outside of the round tube undercut. The mould base was optimized, and convenient to install, and realized the automatic injection moulding. The mould structure was simple, practical, and reliable.
