摘　　要：通过开展模具专业“六合一”教学,使学生的技能水平有较大提高,解决了学生知识和技能缺乏系统性、针对性,无法满足企业对技能需求的难题,使学生能实现零距离上岗,提高了学生对企业的认同感、归属感,为企业培养高技能人才打下了基础。通过开展“六合一”教学,学校教师的技能水平有较大提升,企业导师的教学能力也有较大提高。By carrying out the "six-in-one" teaching of the die & mould specialty, the students’ skill level had been greatly improved, and the problem that the students’ knowledge and skills were lack of systematicness and pertinence, and couldn’t meet the needs of enterprises for skills had been solved, so that students could achieve zero distance post, which improved the sense of identity of students, belonging to the enterprise, for the enterprise to train high-skilled personnel to lay a solid foundation. By carrying out the "six-in-one" teaching, the skill level of school teachers had been greatly improved, and the teaching ability of enterprise teachers had also been greatly improved.
