摘 要:针对某电厂8号炉垂直水冷壁管与燃尽风喷口弯管交界区域发生频繁、有规律的泄漏的问题,从机组结构、运行参数、理化分析等多个角度进行讨论,分析认为造成泄漏的主要原因是该区域存在热疲劳和局部的结构应力;造成热疲劳可能与以下因素有关:a)较低温度的燃尽风与高温烟气交替洗刷管壁造成冷热交变;b)水冷壁相邻管温度梯度过大或壁温波动较大;c)吹灰器过热度不足或吹灰带水;d)垂直水冷壁管与燃尽风弯管区膨胀状态不一致。Frequent leakages occurred in the junction area between vertical water wall tube and the elbow of burn-out air nozzle of water wall in a 1000 MW utility boiler.Multiple perspectives such as unit structure,operating parameters,and physical and chemical analysis were discussed in this paper.It was found out that the thermal fatigue and local structural stress are key factors causing leakage failure.Thermal fatigue may be caused by factors as followed:a)alternate cooling and heating caused by lower-temperature burn-out air and high-temperature flue gas alternately scrubbing water wall tube,b)high temperature gradient of adjacent tubes of water wall or large fluctuation of water wall temperature,c)insufficient overheating of soot blower or soot blowing with water,d)Inconsistent expansions between vertical water wall tube and burn-out air elbow area.
