摘 要:目的了解呼伦贝尔地区年龄0~14岁健康体检儿童血清25-羟基维生素D水平及其与碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、钙和磷的相关性。方法收集2018年1月至2020年3月内蒙古林业总医院(内蒙古民族大学第二临床医学院)体检的2010名0~14岁儿童的临床资料,包括血清25-羟基维生素D、ALP、钙、磷水平,并分析不同年龄、不同性别儿童的25-羟基维生素D水平及其与ALP、钙、磷的相关性。结果0~14岁儿童的25-羟基维生素D平均水平为(70.51±41.57)nmol/L,维生素D总缺乏率为27.4%,不足占13.8%,充足占58.8%;≤1岁儿童的25-羟基维生素D水平最高,6~14岁儿童的25-羟基维生素D水平最低,各组间随着年龄的增加25-羟基维生素D水平逐渐降低,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);缺乏组、不足组和充足组的25-羟基维生素D、ALP、钙水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);儿童25-羟基维生素D水平与ALP水平呈负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.05),与钙呈正相关(r=0.62,P<0.05),与磷无关(r=0.22,P>0.05)。结论呼伦贝尔地区儿童存在不同程度的维生素D缺乏,且随着年龄的增而加重;25-羟基维生素D水平与ALP、钙密切相关,建议应定期联合检测儿童25-羟基维生素D、ALP及钙的水平,以及时了解儿童体内维生素D缺乏情况。Objective To analyze serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in children aged 0-14 years in Hulun Buir of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Methods Data of children aged 0-14 years who underwent physical examination in Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were collected.The serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D were measured,and their correlation with alkaline phosphatase(ALP),calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)was analyzed.Results The mean level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children aged 0-14 was(70.51±41.57)nmol/L,and the total deficiency rate was 27.4%,insufficient rate was 13.8%,and adequate rate was 58.8%.The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children aged≤1 years was the highest,and that in children aged 6-14 years was the lowest.The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D were decreased with the age,and there were significant differences between age groups(P<0.05).Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level was negatively correlated with ALP level(r=-0.51,P<0.05),and positively correlated with Ca level(r=0.62,P<0.05).Conclusion The 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency rate in children in Hulun Buir region is increased with the increase of age.The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D is closely related to ALP and Ca levels.
