永宁县至银川南间LKJ数据不准问题的分析及思考

摘　　要：列车运行监控装置(简称LKJ)是中国技术人员研究开发的以防止列车冒进信号、运行超速和辅助机车(动车组)司机提高操纵能力为主要目标的中国列车速度控制系统。LKJ基础数据是LKJ实现控制功能的基础,其准确性是监控列车安全运行的前提和保障。文章通过对兰州局管内定银线永宁县至银川南间LKJ数据不准问题的分析,分析该问题产生的具体原因,对今后如何解决和避免类似的LKJ数据不准的问题进行一些思考。The train operation monitoring device(LKJ for short)is a Chinese train speed control system researched and developed by Chinese technicians to prevent the train from rushing into the signal,run overspeed and assist the locomotive(EMU)driver to improve the handling ability.LKJ basic data is the basis for LKJ to realize the control function,and its accuracy is the premise and guarantee for monitoring the safe operation of trains.This paper deals with the problem of inaccurate LKJ data between Yongning County and the south of Yinchuan in Lanzhou Bureau,analyzes the specific causes of the problem,and makes some thoughts on how to solve and avoid similar LKJ data inaccuracy in the future.
