摘 要:为研究用鲜蛋白桑替代部分进口苜蓿饲喂奶牛的效果,选择产奶量水平接近的2个高产奶牛群,剔除其中不健康的奶牛。随机选择其中一群为对照组,另一群为试验组,根据等干物质原则用3.5 kg鲜蛋白桑替代替代对照组高产基础日粮中的1 kg进口苜蓿,TMR全混合日粮饲喂,试验期35 d。每天早中晚饲喂3次,每天挤奶2次,自由饮水。结果表明:在夏季热应激初期奶牛日粮用3.5 kg鲜蛋白桑替代1 kg进口苜蓿,奶牛干物质采食量提高1.71 kg/头·d,提高了7.35%;产奶量提高1.1 kg/头·d,提高了3.53%,乳中体细胞数显著降低(P<0.05),由24.80万/mL降到7.87万/mL,降低了68.27%,但对乳品质其他指标及血液抗氧化指标影响不显著,经济效益分析最终每头牛每天增加收益0.85元。在本试验条件下,综合考虑产奶量、乳品质、抗氧化性能及经济效益,用3.5 kg鲜蛋白桑替代1 kg进口苜蓿饲喂奶牛,可以达到节本增效的效果。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of fresh Morus abla replacing certain proportion of imported alfalfa.Two high-yielding dairy cows with similar milk yield levels were selected and the unhealthy dairy cows were excluded.One group was randomly selected as the control group and the other group as the experimental group.According to the principle of equal dry matter,1 kg imported alfalfa in the high-yield basal diet of the control group was replaced by 3.5 kg fresh Morus abla,and TMR total mixed diet was fed.The experiment lasted for 35 days.Feeding in the morning,middle and evening 3 times a day,milking 2 times a day,free water.The results showed that replacing 1 kg of imported alfalfa with 3.5 kg of fresh Morus abla could increase dry matter intake by 1.71 kg/d·head and milk yield by 1.1 kg/d·head,increased by 7.35%and 3.53%,respectively.And milk somatic cell count decreased significantly from 24800/mL to 77700/mL,which decreased by 68.27%.But had no significant effects on other milk quality indexes and blood antioxidant indexes.Economic benefit analysis finally increased by 0.85 yuan per cow per day.Under the conditions of this experiment,considering milk yield,milk quality,antioxidant performance and economic benefit,feeding cows with 3.5 kg fresh Morus abla instead of 1 kg imported alfalfa could achieve the effect of saving cost and increasing efficiency.
