柴胡消渴汤联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的探讨

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者应用柴胡消渴汤联合胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年8月收治的90例糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将其均等分为对照组45例和干预组45例,分别应用胰岛素单一治疗及柴胡消渴汤联合胰岛素治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果干预组治疗后糖化血红蛋白(6.35±1.07)%、空腹血糖(5.57±1.41)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.14±1.53)mmol/L均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.593、3.663、4.636,P<0.05);干预组治疗后空腹胰岛素水平(3.67±0.49)mU/L、胰岛素抵抗指数(1.52±0.40)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.573、9.014,P<0.05);干预组治疗总有效率95.56%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.153,P<0.05)。结论通过利用柴胡消渴汤与胰岛素联合的方式治疗糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者,可以显著改善其各项指标,该方法疗效突出,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chaihu Xiaoke Decoction combined with insulin in the treatment of diabetic insulin resistance patients.Methods A total of 90 diabetic insulin resistance patients admitted from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were equally divided into the control group of 45 cases and the intervention group of 45 cases by the random number table method.Insulin monotherapy and Chaihu thirst elimination soup combined with insulin treatment were used,respectively,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the glycated hemoglobin(6.35±1.07)%,fasting blood glucose(5.57±1.41)mmol/L,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.14±1.53)mmol/L in the intervention group were all lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.593,3.663,4.636,P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin level(3.67±0.49)mU/L and the insulin resistance index(1.52±0.40)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.573,9.014,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the intervention group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.153,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chaihu Xiaoke Decoction and insulin in the treatment of diabetic insulin resistance patients can significantly improve their various indicators.This method has outstanding curative effect and is worthy of promotion.
