综合护理干预模式对糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中患者的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中患者应用综合护理干预模式,对其护理干预效果进行分析。方法选取该院2019年4月—2021年4月80例糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中患者,经随机法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,分别给予综合护理干预模式与常规护理,对比不同护理方法的应用效果、血糖水平、护理满意度、生活质量。结果护理后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别为(6.71±2.11)、(9.21±1.27)mmol/L,精神状态评分为(70.60±2.38)分、生理机能评分为(73.61±2.30)分、生理功能评分为(72.73±2.55)分、活力评分为(73.37±2.86)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.067、3.129、11.393、14.675、13.059、12.743,P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度95.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预模式对糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中患者干预过程中可降低血糖指标,提升患者的生活质量,并使患者的护理满意度得到提升,所以综合护理干预模式应用于糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中患者中的效果良好。Objective To apply comprehensive nursing intervention mode to diabetic patients with ischemic stroke,and to analyse the nursing intervention effect.Methods 80 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with ischemic stroke in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Comprehensive nursing intervention mode and routine nursing were given respectively.The application effect,blood glucose level,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of different nursing methods were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the patients in the study group were(6.71±2.11)mmol/L and(9.21±1.27)mmol/L,respectively,the scores of mental state,physiological function,physiological function and vitality were(70.60±2.38)points,(73.61±2.30)points,(72.73±2.55)points and(73.37±2.86)points,respectively,which were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.067,3.129,11.393,14.675,13.059,12.743,P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the study group 95.00%was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention model can reduce the blood glucose index,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with diabetes and ischemic stroke during the intervention process.Therefore,the comprehensive nursing intervention model has a good effect in diabetic patients with ischemic stroke.
