摘　　要：目的探讨医疗支持与糖尿病患者健康信息获得行为及疾病控制间的关系。方法采取便利抽样的方法,选取2020年7月—2021年7月在该院门诊复诊的300例T2DM患者为研究对象。采取健康信息获取行为量表(HISB)、糖尿病控制状况测评量表(CSSD70)、简化版慢性病评估量表(PACIC-DSF)评估糖尿病患者的期望、态度与需求,同时以分层回归法对变量之间的中介作用加以探讨。结果300例糖尿病患者的PACIC-DSF评分为(33.43±8.25)分,CSSD70评分为(83.01±9.19)分,HISB评分为(147.16±29.00)分。经Pearson单因素分析,医疗支持评分与疾病控制情况及健康信息获得行为呈正相关(r=0.767、0.680,P<0.05);健康信息获得行为主动性和疾病控制情况之间表现为正相关(r=0.535,P<0.05)。在健康信息获得行为主动性与疾病控制情况之间,医疗支持存在一定的中介作用,在总效应中的占比是20.23%。结论在健康信息获得行为主动性与疾病控制情况之间,医疗支持存在一定的中介作用。Objective To explore the relationship between medical support,health information acquisition behavior and disease control in diabetic patients.Methods The method of convenience sampling was adopted,and 300 patients with T2DM who were revisited in the outpatient department of the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.The Health Information Acquisition Behavior Scale(HISB),Diabetes Control Scale(CSSD70),and Simplified Chronic Disease Assessment Scale(PACIC-DSF)were used to assess the expectations,attitudes and needs of diabetic patients.At the same time,the mediating effect between variables was explored by hierarchical regression method.Results The PACIC-DSF score of 300 diabetic patients was(33.43±8.25)points,the CSSD70 score was(83.01±9.19)points,the HISB score was(147.16±29.00)points.According to Pearson's univariate analysis,medical support score was positively correlated with disease control and health information acquisition behavior(r=0.767,0.680,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between health information acquisition behavior initiative and disease control(r=0.535,P<0.05).Medical support had a certain mediating effect between the health information acquisition behavior initiative and disease control,accounting for 20.23%of the total effect.Conclusion There is a certain mediating effect of medical support between the initiative of health information acquisition and disease control.
