摘 要:为探讨讨放松训练配合想象训练在高校篮球运动员心理训练中的应用成效,选取高校篮球运动员32名作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组(各16名),实验组接受为期24周的以放松训练和想象训练为主的心理训练,对照组做为空白对照不做任何干预。观察两组心理训练前后的心理竞技能力评分、比赛特征焦虑评分变化。研究结果发现在高校篮球运动员的心理训练中配合使用放松训练和想象训练能够有效提升运动员的心理竞争能力,缓解面对比赛的紧张感,减轻赛前焦虑,有助于运动员获得并维持积极、稳定的情绪状态。To explore the effect of relaxation training combined with imagination training in the psychological training of college basketball players, 32 college basketball players were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group(16 players in each group). The experimental group received 24 weeks of psychological training based on relaxation training and imagination training. The control group was used as blank control without any intervention. The changes of psychological competitive ability score and competition characteristic anxiety score before and after psychological training were observed. The results show that the combination of relaxation training and imagination training in the psychological training of college basketball players can effectively improve the athletes’ psychological competitiveness, alleviate the tension in the face of the game, reduce the anxiety before the game, and help the athletes to obtain and maintain a positive and stable emotional state.
