摘 要:随着山区公路大规模建设的推进,连续长大纵坡路段大量出现。探讨规范中达成共识的长大纵坡定义,以此为前提,归纳总结数10个项目的路线总体方案设计实例,分析山区公路平均纵坡与整体工程规模及桥梁、隧道等控制性工点工程规模的相对关系。工程实践中,最理想的情况是纵坡越缓越好,但对于山区越岭困难路段,纵坡较缓往往造成桥梁、隧道工程规模巨大,工程实施的难度较大。为了降低桥梁、隧道工程规模,就需要增长路线长度,使路线绕行较远,同样使造价增加较多。若要同时缩短建设里程及降低桥梁、隧道工程规模,就需要采用较大和较长的连续纵坡。然而过大的平均纵坡,上坡段会影响通行能力,下坡段则会使车速过快影响行车安全。研究结果表明:各公路项目建设条件不同,路线方案综合比选需要考虑的因素众多,各因素之间互相影响但没有固定的关系,做好总体设计,在保证道路的通行能力和行车安全的同时,能够找到合理控制工程规模的方案。解决长大纵坡安全问题治标治本的方法是合理选择路线走廊、合理布设路线展线方案、合理确定桥梁及隧道等大型构造物的工程规模,加强交通安全管理、不断提高汽车性能也是重要手段。With the large-scale construction of highway in mountainous area, there are a lot of continuous longitudinal gradient sections. In order to study the relationship between longitudinal slope and project scale of highway in mountainous area, make better overall design, this study is carried out. Through discussions on the definition of longitudinal slope that agreed in the specification, the design practice of route overall scheme of dozens project are summarized and concluded, the relative relationship between the longitudinal technical indexes of the overall project scale and the project scale of control work sites such as bridge and tunnel about highway in mountainous area is studied. In practice, the ideal situation is that the gentler the longitudinal slope, the better, but for difficult sections of mountain roads, the gentler longitudinal slope often results in huge scale of bridge and tunnel projects and greater difficulty in project construction. In order to reduce the scale of bridge and tunnel projects, it is necessary to increase the length of the route, increase the bypass of the route, and correspondingly, the project cost is increased. In order to shorten the construction mileage and reduce the scale of bridge and tunnel projects at the same time, it is necessary to adopt larger and longer continuous longitudinal slopes. However, if the average longitudinal slope is too large, the uphill section will affect the traffic capacity, and the downhill section will make the vehicle speed too fast and affect the driving safety. The results show that: the construction conditions of each highway project are different, there are many factors that need to be considered in the comprehensive comparison and selection of the route plan, and each factor affects each other but has no fixed relationship. A solution to reasonably control the scale of the project can be found.
