摘  要:以某病害较严重的钢桁架悬索桥为工程案例,重点介绍了对主缆及钢桁架加劲梁变形的测量及数据对比分析结果,以及重要构件锈蚀状况的检测结果。数据对比分析中,采用了频率法和千斤顶法对吊杆索力进行测量及修正,并利用空间节点平衡理论计算出主缆各段索力,结果表明,主缆、主桁架的空间变形与主缆及吊杆索力之间存在一定的关联性。此外,对频率法检测索力的局限性及适用性进行了总结,并依据疲劳损伤度理论对吊杆进行了预期剩余使用寿命计算。结论中提及了该桥养护及维修加固需要特别考虑的问题,可为同类桥梁的检测、养护、管理工作提供参考依据。Taking a steel truss suspension bridge with serious defects as an engineering case, the measurement and data comparison analysis of the deformation of the main cable and the steel truss stiffening beam, as well as the detection results of the corrosion status of important components are introduced. The frequency method and traditional jacking method are used to measure and revise the suspension tension, and the special node equilibrium theory is then applied to calculate the cable forces of different parts. The data analysis shows that the spatial deformations of main cables and main trusses are relevant to corresponding member forces. Additionally, the adaptability and limitation of the frequency method are summarized afterwards, and the expected remaining service life is then calculated based on the fatigue damage degree theory. The conclusion can provide references for the inspection, maintenance and management of the same type of bridges.
