益心康泰胶囊联合比索洛尔对不稳定型心绞痛患者症状改善及心电图变化的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益心康泰胶囊联合比索洛尔对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者症状改善及心电图变化的影响。方法以150例UA患者为对象,随机分为观察组(益心康泰胶囊+比索洛尔)与对照组(比索洛尔)。对比两组疗效及心电图变化。结果观察组总有效率为92.00%(69/75),高于对照组73.33%(55/75)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心绞痛持续时间、发作次数均减少,观察组对于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ST压低次数、压低幅度降低,观察组ST段压低次数、压低幅度低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后前列环素I2(PGI2)、一氧化氮(NO)水平升高,血栓素B2(TXB2)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平降低,观察组PGI2、NO水平高于对照组,TXB2、ET-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益心康泰胶囊与比索洛尔治疗UA的效果较好,可减轻心绞痛症状,改善心电活动及血管内皮功能。Objective To investigate the effect of YIXINKANGTAI CAPSULE combined with bisoprolol on the improvement of symptoms and ECG changes in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UA).Methods150 patients with UA were randomly divided into observation group(YIXINKANGTAI capsule+bisoprolol)and control group(bisoprolol).The curative effect and ECG changes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%(69/75),which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(55/75)(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris and attack times of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency and amplitude of ST segment depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of prostacyclin I2(PGI2)and nitric oxide(no)increased,and the levels of thromboxane B2(TXB2)and endothelin-1(ET-1)decreased in the two groups.The levels of PGI2 and no in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of TXB2 and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion YIXINKANGTAI capsule and bisoprolol are effective in the treatment of UA,which can relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,improve the ECG activity and vascular endothelial function.
