摘　　要：目的探讨低相对分子质量肝素(LMWH)治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的效果及其对出血的影响。方法选取与2019年3月~2020年2月收治的80例ACS患者。随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组以双联抗血小板治疗为主,观察组在对照组基础上加LMWH治疗。对比两组治疗效果,统计出血并发症。结果观察组用药有效率、心绞痛症状改善率、硝酸甘油用量、血液流变学指标、心功能改善程度等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者出血时间发生情况对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论双抗联合LMWH治疗冠心病症状改善效果较好,可有效提升冠脉血流、改善患者心功能。Objective To explore the effectiveness of low-molecular Weight heparin(LMWH)in treating acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and its effect on bleeding.Methods Selected 80 patients with ACS admitted from March 2019 to February 2020.Randomly divided into LMWH group and control group,the control group to double anti-platelet therapy mainly,LMWH group on the basis of the control group to add LMWH treatment.Comparing the effects of the two groups of treatments,the complications of bleeding were counted.Results The drug efficiency of the LMWH,the improvement of the proportion of patients with angina symptoms,the amount of nitric glycerin,the blood rheumatic index,the degree of improvement of heart function,etc.were better than those of the control group(P<0.05)。Conclusion The treatment of coronary heart disease with double-anti-combination low-molecular heparin has better effect on symptoms such as angina,can effectively improve the blood flow of coronary veins,and can effectively improve the heart function of patients and promote the return of disease as soon as possible.
