摘  要:间作是农业可持续发展的一种重要种植模式,对土壤微生物结构组成产生重要影响,在改善土壤质量方面发挥着重要作用。本文综述了禾本科‖豆科间作对土壤细菌、真菌和有益微生物产生的影响,从数量、多样性和菌属丰度变化等方面进行总结,提出了加强多种禾本科‖豆科间作系统对微生物的影响研究,并结合现代分子生物技术(高通量测序、稳定同位素探针和组学技术等)研究微生物种群在间作系统中的作用,为进一步探究禾本科‖豆科间作产生优势的微生物学机理提供一定的参考依据。Intercropping is an important cultivation model for sustainable agricultural development, which has an important effect on soil microbial composition and plays an important role in improving soil quality. This article reviews the effects of cereal‖legume intercropping system on soil bacteria, fungi and some beneficial microorganisms in agroecosystems, we further summarize the changes of biomass, diversity and abundance of soil mocrobial community under intercropping management. This review has provided an insight into the impact of various cereal‖legume intercropping systems on microbial population by means of the modern molecular biotechnology(high-throughput sequencing, stable isotope probes and omics technology, etc.), which is important to explore the mechanisms of microbiological involved in cereal‖legume intercropping systems.
