导电剂对多孔碳材料电化学性能的影响

摘  要:以多孔碳为电极材料,通过循环伏安和充放电测试探讨了乙炔炭黑和超导炭黑两种导电剂对多孔碳材料电容性能的影响。结果显示:在循环伏安测试中,超导炭黑对多孔碳材料电容性能的改善要优于乙炔炭黑;在充放电测试中,乙炔炭黑的工作电极存在高电流密度快充快放、低电流密度慢充快放现象,超导炭黑在所测试的电流密度范围内均呈现较稳定的充放电现象。在电流密度为1 A/g时,乙炔炭黑的比电容为66.6 F/g,而超导炭黑比电容为98.1 F/g,整体看来,超导炭黑作为导电剂对多孔碳材料的电化学性能的影响优于乙炔炭黑。This paper aimed to investigate effects of acetylene black and superconducting carbon black on the capacitive properties of the porous carbon materials by charging and discharging tests and cyclic voltammetry tests. Porous carbon was used as electrode material. Electrochemical testing results showed that the circled area of the cyclic voltammograms of superconducting black carbon working electrode discharge curve is larger than that of acetylene black. In the charge-discharge test, the working electrode of acetylene black has the phenomenon of quick charge and quick discharge with high current density and slow charge and quick discharge with low current density. The superconducting carbon black has a stable charge-discharge phenomenon in the range of measured current density. By calculation, the specific capacitance of acetylene carbon black at the current density of 1 A/g is 66.6 F/g,while the specific capacitance of superconducting carbon black is 98.1 F/g. Overall, superconducting carbon black as conductive agent has a better effect on the electrochemical properties of porous carbon materials than acetylene carbon black.
