摘  要:针对两起气体绝缘金属开关设备(GIS)因盆式绝缘子开裂导致的设备漏气问题,对发生故障的盆式绝缘子进行了现场拆解,并通过对开裂盆子的受力分析和ANSYS仿真分析,判定了盆式绝缘子开裂的原因,最后对盆式绝缘子的结构进行了改进。经工程运行验证,改进后绝缘盆子处运行效果良好。In view of two gas insulated switchgear(GIS) cases of air leakage caused by cracking of basin insulators, the faulty basin insulators were disassembled on site, and the cracking reason was determined by force analysis of cracked basin and ANSYS simulation analysis. Finally, the structure of the basin insulator is improved, which has been verified by the project operation. After the improvement, the operation effect is good.
