摘　　要：社区老年人是推广并开展预立医疗照护计划的重要群体,但国内社区老年人对预立医疗照护计划的认知处于较低水平。对目前预立医疗照护计划在社区老年人中的开展现状进行综述,提出促进社区老年人参与预立医疗照护计划的对策,旨在为今后在我国社区老年人群体中更好地实施预立医疗照护计划提供参考。The community elderly people is the important cohort to promote and implement advance care planning.However,the cognition of community elderly to advance care planning is at a lower level in China.This paper reviewed the status quo of the development of advance care planning in community-dwelling older adults and put forward relevant countermeasures that can promote the community elderly to engage in advance care planning.It aims to provide reference for the better implementation of advance care planning in community elderly groups in China in the future.
