摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病是目前威胁老年人健康与生存的主要疾病之一。随着中国人口老龄化逐渐加深,其发病率和死亡率也在逐年升高。阿尔茨海默病发病机制的病理过程十分复杂,多种机制参与其中,而中药具有多成分、多途径、多靶点的作用特点,对于具有复杂病理机制的阿尔茨海默病具有独特的治疗优势和潜力。以中药防治阿尔茨海默病为切入点,对近年来单味中药及其有效部位、有效成分和中药复方抗阿尔茨海默病作用机制的相关研究进展进行综述,以期为中药治疗阿尔茨海默病提供理论依据。Alzheimer’s disease is one of the major diseases currently threatening the health and survival of older people.With the aging of China’s population,its morbidity and mortality are also increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease is complex,with multiple mechanisms involved.With multi-component,multi-pathway and multi-target action characteristics,traditional Chinese medicine has unique therapeutic advantages and potential for Alzheimer’s disease which has complex pathological mechanisms.This paper focuses on the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Research progress on anti-Alzheimer’s disease and mechanism of single traditional Chinese medicine and their active fractions,active constituents,and traditional Chinese medicine compound were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for anti-Alzheimer’s disease of traditional Chinese medicine.
