摘 要:在以往的运动训练过程中,教练员一味地追求让运动员进行大运动量的训练,却忽视了运动员的训练动机,从而造成训练效果不理想和运动员身心疲惫等状况,随着运动成绩的整体提高,现代运动训练要求运动员能全身心地投入到训练中,运动员要有较高的自律性,只有当运动员对自己的运动项目感兴趣,才能对训练起到保障作用,该文通过运动员在训练中的心理特点,结合运动心理总结多种训练手段,从而为激发运动员的训练动机,为运动员更好地投入到训练中提供借鉴。During the process of sports training in the past,coaches blindly pursued the large amount of training for athletes in training,but ignored the training motivation of athletes,resulting in unsatisfactory training effect and physical and mental fatigue of athletes.With the overall improvement of sports performance,modern sports training requires athletes to devote themselves to training,and athletes should have high self-discipline.Only when athletes are interested in their own sports can they play a guarantee role in training.This paper summarizes various means through athletes'psychological characteristics in training and sports psychology,so as to stimulate athletes'training motivation,Provide some suggestions for athletes to better put into training.
