小针刀联合正清风痛宁注射液治疗屈指肌狭窄性腱鞘炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析小针刀联合正清风痛宁注射液治疗屈指肌狭窄性腱鞘炎的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2021年4月在松滋市中医院颈肩腰腿痛科就诊的60例屈指肌狭窄性腱鞘炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者采用正清风痛宁注射液定点介入疗法,观察组患者采用小针刀联合正清风痛宁注射液定点介入疗法。比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率、康复时间和治疗后疼痛评分、治疗前后生活质量评分及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者治疗后的疾病治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的康复时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的生理功能、躯体运动、社会功能、生活状态、精神活力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的生理功能、躯体运动、社会功能、生活状态、精神活力评分高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的生理功能、躯体运动、社会功能、生活状态、精神活力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小针刀联合正清风痛宁注射液定点介入治疗能够提高屈指肌狭窄性腱鞘炎的治疗效果,促进患者病情康复,改善其生活质量并提高其治疗满意度,整体应用效果理想,值得推荐使用。Objective To analyze the effect of small needle knife combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection in the treatment of stenotic tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum.Methods A total of 60 patients with stenotic tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum from February 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with fixed-point interventional therapy of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection,and the patients in the observation group were treated with small needle knife combined with fixed-point interventional therapy of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,rehabilitation time,pain score after treatment,quality of life score before and after treatment and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation time of patients in the observation group after treatment was shorter than that in the control group,and the VAS score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of physiological function,physical movement,social function,living state and spiritual vitality between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of of physiological function,physical movement,social function,living state and spiritual vitality of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of physiological function,physical movement,social function,living state and spiritual vitality of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of total treatment satisfaction of the o
