摘　　要：文章探讨了中医对良性阵发性位置性眩晕病因病机的认识,认为本病的基本病机是痰湿为患,内风旋动,兼夹瘀血,痰湿是最重要、最常见的病理因素。在治疗时要综合使用中西方案;分为急性期、残余期、巩固期3个阶段,化痰贯彻始终;区分年龄人群,因人制宜;在辨证施治的基础上结合经验用药;注重预防调护。中西医结合治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕优势突出、前景广阔。This paper discusses the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of benign paroxysmal position vertigo in traditional Chinese medicine. The basic pathogenesis of this disease is phlegm-dampness, internal wind rotation, combined with blood stasis, and phlegm-dampness is the most important and common pathological factor. Traditional Chinese and Western medicine plan should be used synthetically in treatment;It can be divided into acute stage, residual stage and consolidation stage.Resolving phlegm is carried out throughout;Age groups and cases should be distinguished;We should combine experience with medicine on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and pay attention to prevention and care. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo has prominent advantages and broad prospects.
